Simone owns and runs Essential Speech and Language Therapy Services.

As well as working as an Independent Speech and Language Therapist, Simone is also an Associate Expert Witness for Bush & Co, providing Medico-Legal Reports.

Since qualifying as a Speech and Language Therapist in 1999 at De Montfort University in Leicester, where she obtained a BSc Hons in Human Communication, she has held a variety of clinical positions, mainly in Adult Services across both Community and Acute Hospital settings.

Working predominantly in the NHS, Simone has also held Lead and Head of Service roles within speech and language therapy teams. She has also managed a multidisciplinary team of fellow AHPs.

Simone is registered to practice as a Speech and Language Therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council and is also a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.

Simone is also trained to deliver the McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Programme and LSVT Loud.
